CREDAI will hold its maiden international exhibition of Indian properties in Dubai, in partnership with Sumansa Exhibitions, from December 7-9, 2017, showcasing over 1,000 properties from 60 Indian cities
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) will be holding its first international exhibition of Indian properties in Dubai, in December 2017. With the aim to target over 2.6 million Indians living in the UAE, the three-day exhibition, known as the ‘Indian Property Show’, will be held on December 7-9, 2017, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
CREDAI has partnered with Dubai-based Sumansa Exhibitions, for the exhibition, which will showcase properties comprising apartments, villas, row houses, plots, commercial and retail, to suit every budget and requirement. The exhibition will have 14 exclusive state pavilions, presenting over 60 key cities and 1,000-plus projects, with properties starting from Rs 15 lakhs.
Commenting on the international foray, Jaxay Shah, president of CREDAI-National said “We are working on creating platforms that have accessibility to global markets. Dubai is a perfect launch platform, as it is home to the highest number of Indian expats, globally. Moreover, Dubai NRIs’ investment in India, is expected to reach USD 100 billion by 2020, which is a very positive sign for Indian developers. With the amplified trust and revived consumer confidence, due to the recent government reforms, the NRI consumers are showing increased interest in optimising their share in the Indian real estate. Hence, every Indian developer should make use of this opportunity, to showcase the best that India has to offer.”
Vipul Thakkar, chairman-international exhibition, CREDAI-National, added “We are expecting 18,000 plus potential buyers and 200 plus Indian developers to attend the expo. The show is segregated into state and city-wise pavilions and will have a special thrust to promote participation from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, thereby, making it the first ever exhibition to promote all the cities of India in one place. Exciting features of the exhibition include knowledge transfer seminars, free legal cell, tax consultants and tips on Vastu, amongst others.”
