Home-Buyers Got The Advantage

November 27, 2017

Curtains dropped on the CREDAI-MCHI Maha Property Expo 2017 last week and the reviewers say it was a success.

Last weekend saw one of the biggest property expos at MMRDA Grounds, BKC, where Times Property was the media partner, coming to a clo-sure with a 'bang'. It was the first property exhibition organised post-RERA and it absolutely stood true to its theme as it was 'Achhe din' for the visitors who had visited the expo.

The venue was abuzz with great activity with stall owners not even getting breathing time through the days as they were busy attending to the enthusiastic property seek-ers. The buyers' confidence was palpable with the expo hosting only RERA-registered properties along with attractive housing finance op-tions. It was like one-stop-shop for buyers, who confidently scouted for properties of their choice. The expo also hosted a very distinguished guest, the Horible Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, who lauded the committee mem-bers for hosting an exhibition of such big magnitude in order to ease the home-buying process.

This year, the property exhibition also stood out from the crowd as it offered RERA-registered proper-ties, across categories (read: from budget housing to ultra-luxury homes) with attractive home fi-nance deals by leading banks and HFCs Additionally, the 'affordable housing' section was a big draw amidst visitors. Tejas Vyas, chair-man, exhibition committee said, 'With the number of footfalls regis-tered during this expo, it is clearly evident that home buyers are keen and enthusiastic about home-buy-ing and it also shows that MMR remains a very high demand mar-ket" The exhibition was top-lined by not only the leading developers in the city, but also reputed banks and HFCs. All in all, the home-buy-ers took utmost advantage of the expo and secured amazing deals, which was on offer for them.
