Theaters are being set up to preserve the cultural heritage –

“Various facilities are provided in the housing project but in Thane there is a difference. Since the schooling took place in Thane, both the old Thane and the changed Thane have been seen. While infrastructure projects are being set up in the city, theaters are being set up to preserve the cultural heritage. In addition, equal importance is being given to education and health. The state government had also given concessions in stamp duty and property tax to boost the construction business which was found to be in recession during the Corona period. Its good results are now beginning to show. This is the reaction of Thane District Collector Rajesh Narvekar.

Russia-Ukraine war affects steel prices –

“The construction sector is booming as the state government has given relief in stamp and premium fees and at the same time consumers have been greatly relieved,” he said. Therefore, this concession should be re-applied. The war between Russia and Ukraine has affected steel prices, which have risen sharply in recent days. At the same time, cement prices have risen sharply in the last few months. Builders want to sell houses at the same price. As the rate increases, the work of those projects cannot be stopped till the rate decreases. Doing so could lead to action under Rera. Therefore, the government should also consider this. ” This was stated by Ajay Asher, former President, MCHI Thane.

Home loan facility available with all types of houses –

“After a two-year hiatus due to the Corona crisis, Credai MCHI Thane has organized a property exhibition, which includes all types of housing and home loan facilities. Therefore, this exhibition will be useful for the customers who are thinking of buying a house on the occasion of Gudi Padwa, ”said Jitendra Mehta, President, MCHI.
