After completing his education with B.Com (honors), he shifted to the financial capital of the nation—Mumbai, in the wake of his professional life. He started his career in 1984 at Chaitanya Parekh’s Soham Builders by managing their Sales and Marketing. In 1997, Mr. Jain along with his three trusted partners started Grace Estate Consultancy Pvt. Ltd and tightened their hold on many developers and trusted associates.

Partnering with his wife—Kashmira Jain, Mr. Jain founded AASTHA in 2004, with his vast trust and knowledge of the sector. Since then, he had dealt with around 30 land dealings in this challenging real estate sole selling business. Assembling the smartest tools and brightest minds from various fields along with a strict Code of Ethics, Mr. Jain merged integrity with a positive attitude to AASTHA’s visionary platform since the dawn of the company.
