Established in 1976, today the Acme Group is one of the leading real estate companies in Mumbai, developing both residential & commercial projects.

Over the last few decades, the landscape of Mumbai city has undergone rapid urbanization, at an unprecedented pace. So has the lifestyle of its people. In this scenario, the Acme group has taken a conscious step towards building homes, not just houses. In the last 40 years, Mumbai has witnessed almost a hundred Acme landmarks coming up across prime locations in the city. Presently, an added 7.5 million square feet of development is under various stages of construction, at different project sites. MR. PRAVIN DOSHI

Chairman Emeritus.
Mr. Pravin H. Doshi is the Chairman and Founder of ACME Housing. It is under his vision and care, that the group has become one of the leading real estate brands in Mumbai. Himself a qualified civil engineer, Mr. Doshi has spearheaded many successful residential and commercial projects.

He is one of the trustees of Shri Vile Parle Kelvani Mandal that runs some of the most reputed colleges in Mumbai including Mithibai College and the prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (deemed to be University).

He is also a mentor for a 2 years Real Estate Construction Management course from NMIMS Institute (deemed to be university) which transforms any Graduate into a Project Manager for Civil Engineering site.

He is a former president of Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry (MCHI) and was selected as the chairperson for the 'Homes for all' committee initiated by the former CM of Maharashtra, Shri Ashok Chavan.

He was honuored by the former chief minister of Maharashtra Shri Sharad Pawar and Late Shri Balasaheb Thackery for successfully constructing 294 homes in Latur within record time of nine months to rehabilitate the Latur earthquake victims

Mr. Munish Doshi

Chairman
Mr. Munish Doshi, Chairman, ACME Group has spearheaded the group since the past two decades. Under his able leadership and long term vision, the company has grown manifold and has forayed into mid - income and affordable housing. Mr. Munish's knack of foreseeing and pre-empting business situations has led the company victoriously through the thick and thin of the real estate industry.

He is a very active member and a part of the core committee of MCHI - CREDAI, Mumbai and Thane unit. Mr. Munish Doshi was awarded the 'Real Estate Icon of Maharashta' by The Times of India in their 2015 coffee table book.

An MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management Studies, Mr. Doshi has extensive knowledge of the real estate business. During his extensive tenure in the industry, Mr. Munish has garnered rich experience in all aspects of real estate, be it land acquisitions or joint ventures. Under his able stewardship, Acme group has adapted to new age technology & digitization which is reflected in all of Acme group's new projects.

Going beyond building homes to making a difference to the society is Munish's decade old association with The Lions Club- Juhu. During the period, he has been instrumental in initiating various projects; like the eye clinic at the Bhakti Vedanta Hospital, Mira Road and the full fledged school for adivasi children in Chikli in interior Maharashtra.

Mr. Rajesh Doshi

Managing Director & CEO.
Mr. Rajesh Doshi is an Managing Director & CEO. with Acme Group - one of Mumbai's leading Real Estate Development companies, founded in 1976.

He has completed his Masters' Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, USA, and spent over a decade in Business Development and Product Management in the Silicon Valley and has also patented several mobile based applications. After gaining 15 years of international experience, he decided to deploy his global perspective to the family business. Ever since he has joined his father, Mr. Pravin Doshi, the Founder Chairman of Acme Group, he has been instrumental in the implementation of internationally practiced industry standards in business.

In his constant endeavour to provide the best customer experience and driven by the belief that excellence must be a continuous process, Mr. Doshi continually strives to raise standards. He has adopted innovative and modern construction technology, processes and expertise, focusing on sourcing the best quality materials and implementing stringent quality standards so that the customers can enjoy a world class lifestyle.

While reinforcing the culture of values, ethics and trust that Acme has built over decades, Mr. Rajesh Doshi's mission is for Acme to reach a position of eminence in the real estate development industry. He has dedicated his efforts in delighting stakeholders and creating a world class Organization based on the tenets of total transparency, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Ketan Mehta

Director
Mr. Ketan Mehta has fulfilled many roles in the organisation, right from handling the Finance and Legal departments to managing accounts, taxation and key decision making.

In his early years of training he learned valuable lessons in the audit department of M/s. Ratan S Mama & Co., Chartered Accountants, under Mr. Dinesh Kanabar. He has been a practising Chartered Accountant who pursued Income Tax and Bank Loan Consultancy. All this preparation helped his role in nurturing the Acme Group team.

A keen Sudoku and Chess player, he has witnessed several trade cycles in the real industry. Having represented Acme Housing across platforms, he was honoured with the Certificate of Excellence for Residential Developer of the Year in 2016.

Mr. Mukesh Ajmera

Director
Mr. Mukesh Ajmera is the Director of Acme Group and has been associated with the Group since almost 2 decades. A qualified Commerce Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute (NM College) - Mumbai University and having nurtured his own business for 2 decades, he has a vision towards Business Development. His strength lies into providing valuable inputs towards liaisoning approvals, re-development of the projects, tenant settlements, slum-dwellers settlement & rehabilitation, active participation in CSR activities and his PR with the Corporates & MLAs has helped the Group to develop multifold. He has a remarkable visualization towards resolving any issues pertaining to land development. His personal interest lies in fitness activities and sports.
