The Dynamix Group, one of the foremost conglomerates in India, is renowned for its well-designed residential and commercial properties in Mumbai and Goa. The Group has steadily progressed in the real estate industry with one aim: to build modern properties where families, professionals and businesses can thrive.

The Dynamix Group was established in the late 1970s under the vision of the founder, Late Mr. K. M. Goenka. His son, Mr. Vinod Kumar Goenka, was instrumental in expanding and bringing the business to its present day status, as one of the most trustworthy real estate names in the country. Mr. Vinod Kumar Goenka is deeply involved in the activities of the group, and brings over 50 years of real estate and industrial development experience that guides the conglomerate forward.

The Group’s residential developments of Gokuldham and Yashodham in Goregaon East alleviated the acute shortage of affordable housing faced by the middle and lower income groups in the suburban areas of Mumbai. This served as a springboard for further projects in the suburbs, in areas such as Vasant Vihar in Thane West, Shristi in Mira Road, Upvan Complex in Upper Govind Nagar in Goregaon East, and Panchsheel Enclave in Kandivali West, to name a few.

The Dynamix Group has also undertaken the development of prestigious luxury properties that redefine everyday living. These high-profile stand-alone projects include Parkwoods in Thane, Divum in Goregaon Precinct, Avanya in Dahisar, along with the development of the luxury seaside hill station, Aldeia De Goa at Bambolim Beach, Goa. The Group’s every real estate developments have become landmarks in themselves. They are the benchmarks the other developments are measured against.

Apart from residential real estate, the Group owns and operates one of the largest dairies in India – the Schreiber Dynamix Dairy Ltd. in Baramati. This dairy processes over a million litres of cow’s milk a day, and has associations with renowned companies such as Nestle, Britannia, Danone and PepsiCo to produce a variety of dairy products.

The Group also lays claim to the Crystal Granite & Marble Pvt. Ltd. which is a 100% export oriented unit engaged in cutting and polishing high grade granite in marble for eventual exports to the USA and European Countries. For its commendable export performance, this unit has been a consistent winner of the highly coveted CAPEXIL award.

At the Dynamix Group, the need to give back to society is deep-rooted, be it in the field of education or healthcare. The Group’s CSR wing Foundation consists of the, Goenka and Associates Educational Trust, owns five and manages six high quality schools with over 22,000 students in the Mumbai suburbs and Thane. The Group Goenka and Associates Medical and Research Centre has also established a well-equipped Gokuldham Medical & Research Centre providing daily subsidized diagnostic and OPD healthcare to over 1000 lower to mid‐income patients. The Goenka & Associates Social Welfare Trust also owns and manages the Krishna Vatika Devasthanam in Goregaon East

Our Design Ethos

Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe, Dieter Rams, Frank Lloyd Wright, Steve Jobs. These are but a handful of names of remarkable individuals who, through design, have transformed the lives of many. Their work is inspirational, yet accessible; rigorous, yet functional; elegant, yet simple. Crucially, their designs – and the principles that they employed in producing them – are timeless.

At the Dynamix Group, we aspire to create remarkable buildings. We hold ourselves to the very highest standards of intellectual rigour in crafting our designs, looking over every last detail meticulously. We work with the country’s best architects and engineers, and constantly push them to push their own boundaries – such that they may create something better.

Our process is simple: we thoroughly consider the need our product is trying to address, and design from there. We try to understand the lifestyle our customer would aspire to and how our design could facilitate the achievement of that goal. And as a result, we create spaces which are responsive to a pressing consumer need – not responsive to the latest ‘hot new trend’. The spaces we design are vibrant, inviting, inspiring, stylish, sensible, and long-lasting.

We hope that one day, our work can occupy a space amidst the pantheon of the greats, like Fallingwater, the Barcelona Pavilion, the Braun ET 66 Calculator, and the iPod.

MANAGEMENT

Sunita Goenka

Managing Director
Ms. Sunita Goenka is the Managing Director of the Dynamix Group. Under her leadership since 2005, the Group has delivered many of its landmark projects. Parkwoods, Thane; Boulevard 15, Malad; The Park Residency, Malad; Woodlands, Malad; The Srishti Township, and Aldeia de Goa are but a few of the amazing developments delivered under her able guidance. Her strong business acumen and formidable leadership qualities have made indispensable to the activities of the group.

Sunita Goenka is also the Managing Trustee of the Goenka and Associates Educational Trust (GAET). It is not just a CSR initiative for her but a cause she is extremely close to and passionate about. Her hard-work over the past 23 years has led the trust to develop and operate 11 world-class educational institutes in Mumbai and Thane which impart quality education to over 22,000 students. Leading institutions like the Gokuldham High School and Junior College, the Yashodham High School, the Lakshdham High School, the Vasant Vihar High School, and the Play Mate Pre-School have been developed and are run by her and her professional team. The GAET, under her visionary leaderhip, also operates the Thane Police School, a school dedicated to educating the children of our man and women in uniform. It is a unique initiative between GAET and Thane’s Police Force. Her visionary thinking and drive is an inspiration for all employees at the Dynamix Group.

Ms Goenka holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College. Ms Goenka spends her spare time watching movies, exercising, and with her grandchildren.

Jay Goenka

Director
The Dynamix Group – one of India’s oldest real estate development groups – is led by Jay Goenka. He is the third generation Goenka family member to lead the Group. Starting his career at the age of 20, he quickly earned the respect of his senior team members and contemporaries due to his work ethic, attention to detail, and intuitive grasp of the business. He currently oversees 4 ongoing projects, across over 3 million sqft, and a development pipeline of over 7 million sqft across Mumbai and Goa.

Prior to joining the Dynamix Group, Jay worked as a Director on the board of DB Realty Ltd, a large listed real estate developer based out of Mumbai. Whilst working at DB Realty Ltd, Jay worked on and actively managed various large projects, with a consolidated top line revenue potential of $2 billion, with a specific focus on design, project management and securing approvals. Jay also interned with the prestigious “Global Economics” team at McKinsey and Company’s Knowledge Centre during his university summer vacation.

Jay is an active board member at Barefoot College International, an NGO founded by social activist Bunker Roy. The NGO’s work is focused on women’s empowerment through literacy and vocational training, with a special emphasis on solar electrification. The NGO started off in Tilonia in rural Rajasthan, and currently spans the globe, providing contextually relevant solutions to rural issues.

A straight-A student, Jay completed his high school education from Aiglon College, a reputed Swiss boarding school, where he was chosen Head Boy in his final year. He subsequently enrolled at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where and he graduated with a BSc (Honours) First Class, in Philosophy and Economics.

Jay is an avid runner, having participated in various distance running events. In his spare time, he enjoys reading political philosophy, ethics, and business books.

Narendra Shastri

Director – Projects and Engineering
Mr. Shastri heads the engineering, implementation and liaising functions within the Group.

Mr Shastri is a civil engineer and holds a BE degree and MIE as well as Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers.

Mr. Shastri is a Life/Fellow of Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) and Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS).

Animesh Das

Animesh Das
Animesh Das is the Senior Vice President Sales at the Dynamix Group, heading Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management. After completing his Masters in Mathematics as well as an MBA, he started his career with office automation and then moved into retail and telecom industries before getting into real estate. Before joining the organization, he had garnered over a decade of experience in real estate and worked successfully on numbers of renowned projects with some of the leading real estate developers, including Lodha Developers and Omkar Developers.

Animesh has been involved in the sale of over 4,000 flats across a plethora of amazing projects, during his career till date.

Jessie Kuruvilla

Vice President – Sales
Ms. Jessie Kuruvilla is an accomplished Real Estate Professional with over 3 decades experience with the Dynamix Group. Currently Vice President – Sales at the Dynamix Group where she is overseeing Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Jessie has led the sales function for the Group and has been instrumental in selling some of its best known developments, including Gokuldham, Yashodham, Mahavir Nagar, Upper Govind Nagar, and Aldeia de Goa.

A Post Graduate in Psychology, she is an avid reader and is considered a task master with an eye to detail. With her rich experience and domain expertise, she is also involved in co-ordination with Partners and other key stake holders in order to achieve desired operational efficiency, administrative synergies, project profitability and revenue maximisation.

Anthony Nelson Gonsalves

Projects Director
Anthony Nelson Gonsalves has over 2 decades of experience both in civil engineering as well as real estate building. Currently positioned as the Projects Director at The Dynamix Group, he is in leading a team of architects and real estate professionals who are working on a number of projects for the organization across Mumbai, Thane & Goa. Before joining the Dynamix Group, he has helmed mammoth projects in India as well as abroad whilst at Synergy Property Developments Services Pvt. Ltd. Anthony has worked on some of the best known and iconic buildings world over, including Adventz and Riviera Tower in Sharjah, Pullman, Pride and Ibis Hotels in Delhi and Verandas, Suncity and Central Park in Gurugram Anthony holds a BE degree in Civil Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology. He is also legally qualified and holds the prestigious LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University. With international expertise and experience, Anthony is engendering international best practices at the Dynamix Group, with a specific focus on quality and achieving program and design efficiency.
