CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Gopal Narang, the founder of Narang Realty and Windsor Realty Private Limited began his real estate journey in 1988. The enterprise has grown under his stewardship from a single- person led operation to one with a work force of more than 150 people. The company's track record of commissioning, development and execution of premium residential project and premium commercial project in Mumbai, and environs over 3.5 million sq. ft., including award winning developments like Garden Enclave – Thane (W), Windsor – Santacruz (E), Windsor Grande Residences – Andheri (W), Courtyard – Thane (W).

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Soham has gained vast experience while working his way up the career ladder with the industry leaders - Windsor Realty, HDFC Property Fund, Credit Suisse, and CB Richard Ellis, prior to his responsibilities at Narang Realty. Mr. Soham has completed his Bachelors in Economics at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai earning in 2013 with the Dr. Freddie A. Mehta Scholarship for the highest overall aggregate. He also holds an MSc. in Real Estate Economics and Finance (REEF) from the London School of Economics (2014) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School (2019).

Mr. Soham is involved with day to day functioning of the Group and is involved with the design, corporate planning, finance, land acquisition, legal and strategy functions.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Advait serves as an executive director at Narang Realty. He has galvanized the liaison, procurement, engineering, sales and marketing functions entrusted to him. Mr. Advait’s academic credentials include a Bachelor in Science (cum laude) in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and Masters in Science in sustainable Design & Construction from Stanford University.
